What services do you offer?

We provide a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet your business needs:

  • Business Formation Services: LLC, S-Corp, and C-Corp formation, including state compliance filings.
  • Branding and Logo Design: Custom logos and branding packages designed to capture your business identity.
  • Website Design and Development: Professional websites optimized for user experience and SEO, complete with up to four revisions post-delivery.
  • Marketing Strategies: Targeted campaigns, social media strategies, and digital advertising solutions to grow your business.

  • Courier Services: Reliable Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Customer (B2C) courier solutions tailored for your logistical needs.

Do you assist with LLC, S-Corp, and C-Corp formation?

Yes, we specialize in business formation services, including drafting and filing required documents, ensuring compliance with state laws, and providing guidance on maintaining good standing. We handle the details so you can focus on running your business.

Can you help with branding and marketing?

Absolutely! Our branding services include logo design, brand identity creation, and marketing strategies. We craft campaigns that drive traffic, build brand loyalty, and increase profitability using the latest techniques.

What are your courier services, and who are they for?

Our B2B and B2C courier services are designed to streamline deliveries for businesses. Whether you're delivering products to customers or materials to other businesses, our reliable and efficient courier solutions ensure your operations run smoothly.

How many revisions are included for digital products?

We offer four (4) revisions for all digital deliverables, such as logos and websites, at no additional cost. Additional revisions are available at $75/hour.

Do you handle third-party services, and what happens if there’s an issue?

While we work with trusted third-party providers, any disputes involving their work are the responsibility of the third party. To address these, you must submit a notarized complaint to contactus@businessmakers.net, including the subject line: "Notarized Client Complaint". Details on this process are outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

What are your payment terms?

Payment is due in full at the time of service agreement unless otherwise specified. Our services are billed at $75/hour for work completed.

Are refunds available?

Refunds are available only for services not yet rendered. For completed work, refunds are calculated based on hours vested into the project. Once a final digital product is delivered, refunds are not available.

Are physical products refundable?

Refunds for physical products are handled on a case-by-case basis and require approval from the management of International Masterminds LLC.

What should I do if I have a dispute?

If you have a dispute, follow these steps:

  1. Draft a notarized letter detailing the complaint.
  2. Submit the notarized letter via email to contactus@businessmakers.net with the subject line: "Notarized Client Complaint".
  3. Business Makers will review the complaint and resolve disputes through arbitration.

What is your arbitration process?

All disputes are resolved through arbitration prior to legal action. Arbitration decisions are binding and enforceable by both parties, ensuring fair resolution without costly litigation.
